Machinery manufacturing and project-based work frequently require fasteners outside standard sizes: extended lengths, intermediate diameters, special head forms or double-ended threaded parts.
1. Technical Evaluation
The process starts with a review of your technical drawing or sample part. Size, tolerance, material and property class are clarified together; an alternative standard product is suggested where appropriate.
2. Die and Sample Production
For special geometries, a forging die is prepared and sample production is carried out. Serial production does not start before your sample approval.
3. Serial Production and Quality Control
After approval, serial production is scheduled. Dimensional checks and mechanical tests are recorded on a batch basis throughout production.
4. Certification and Shipment
Products are shipped with the requested certificates in line with the agreed delivery schedule. For repeat orders, our die archive significantly shortens lead times.
